Parenting through Connection and Community
It’s no secret that as parents we live in a time where we seem to have the most opportunity to be connected but studies continue to show that new & longtime parents alike often still feel isolated, alone & without real community. Brene Brown tell us, “Social media are great for developing community, but for true belonging, real connection and real empathy require meeting real people in a real space in real time.“
Come connect and learn from each other! Getting support on your parenting journey is so important. Humans are social creatures, meant to interact, feed and raise our babies together. Real Space is a judgment-free support group meant to give you an opportunity to feel heard and supported as you connect with other parents. Come if you’re newly pregnant or have older kids, breastfeeding, chestfeeding or bottle feeding, no matter how you diaper, whether you use coconut oil for everything or have never used it in your life and all the things in between. This is YOUR time to connect.
Parenting and Feeding are learned skills
Join our community that focuses on parent to parent support. You can get basic help with positioning and latch, ask questions to others who have been there, and support each other through the challenges and joys of all things infant feeding and parenting.
At Real Space Support Circle, you can:
Meet other parents
Track your baby’s weight gain
Measure your baby’s milk transfer if you are chest/breastfeeding
Get help with latch and positioning, whether you are feeding with your body or a bottle
Get answers to general feeding questions
Support each other
Learn from each other
Milk Circle is usually lead by an IBCLC from Mamas & Milk.
